Workshop for trainers and managers/Speaking about the way I hold a speech

I am scared, I perspire, I can’t breathe, I have a sallow mouth, cold hands, stiff muscles and bellyaches, I feel ridiculous etc…
“I have conceived the day of speechs as an workshop, in the way we are used to."
It consists of a series of exercises in pairs, through which I want every participant to discover his/her own strengths as a professional speaker. Is not like a magical day when I teach somebody something he/her doesn’t know. It is simply an exercise through which I try to help- on a daily basis- every person who participates to discover their inner values; firstly, in order to help them to hold a speech and, secondly, to manage potential problems or inhibitions. Thirdly, I want to provide a sample of “actors on stage” behavior : their acting convincingly, the exercise they do before performing on stage, the way they overcome their emotions in front of the public.

Last but not least, to explain what our body reactions towards speaking in public are like.
